Fred began his passsion for buying, remodeling and flipping houses in 2004. He has done this with numerous properties. In 2006 he received his real estate broker's license and went into real estate full time. He enjoys working with investors and first time home buyers to find just the right property for them. Fred moved to Fort Collins in 1990 and is very familiar with Northern Colorado real estate properties. He is a member of the Investment Club of the Rockies and the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors. In his spare time, he likes to hunt and fish, especially with his four sons, or spend time with his two young granddaughters.
